Return Policy

Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included

  • Not a customized or clearance item

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized/customized products

  • Intimate items such as underwear or swimwear

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, size not suitable), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
